Losing weight without trying (5 kg or more) may be an early warning sign of cancers like stomach, pancreas, or lung.

Feeling constantly exhausted, even after rest, can signal leukemia or other cancers.
🟡 3. Changes in Breast Appearance
Look for lumps, dimpling, redness, or nipple changes—possible signs of breast cancer.
