2 cups milk
4 egg yolks
½ cup sugar
¼ cup cornstarch

1. Prepare the pastry horns
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
Roll out puff pastry and cut into thin strips
Wrap strips around cone molds
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sugar
Bake 15–20 minutes until golden
Let cool and remove molds
2. Make the custard cream
Heat milk (don’t boil)
Whisk egg yolks + sugar + cornstarch
Slowly add warm milk while whisking
Cook until thick and creamy
Add vanilla and let cool
3. Fill and serve
Pipe cream into pastry horns
Dust with powdered sugar
