A stroke often doesn’t happen “out of nowhere.” In many cases, your body gives early warning signs days or even weeks before. Recognizing them early can save your life.

1. Sudden Weakness or Numbness
Especially on one side of the body (face, arm, or leg).
2. Frequent Headaches
Unusual or severe headaches with no clear cause.
3. Dizziness or Loss of Balance
Feeling unsteady, especially when walking.
🧠 Brain & Vision Signals
4. Blurred or Double Vision
Trouble seeing clearly in one or both eyes.
5. Confusion or Trouble Understanding
Difficulty processing simple information.
6. Slurred Speech
Words become hard to pronounce or understand.

Extreme tiredness without reason.
8. Chest Pain or Palpitations
Irregular heartbeat or discomfort.
9. Tingling or Numbness

⏰ When It Becomes an Emergency
If you notice FAST symptoms, act immediately:
F – Face drooping
A – Arm weakness
S – Speech difficulty
T – Time to call emergency services
⚠️ Important Note
These signs may come and go (called a mini-stroke or warning stroke). Don’t ignore them—even if they disappear quickly.
Early action can prevent a major stroke and save brain function.
